We have the best adhesive available! It's just as strong as the leading sellers out there, but ours has a lower activation point than any other adhesive, which means less press time. Less pressing time = higher production and higher profitability.
Bold statement, we know. We stand by it 100%, so go ahead and try some out, on us.

Need to try before you buy?
We get it, and now so do you.
Add this to your cart and you will receive 3 pieces of 12" x 6" pieces of Wicked Awesome Adhesive. Each sheet can produce adhesive for approx. 8 to 10 hat patches. Your mileage may vary.
This is a heat activated adhesive, so you will need a heat press to use it.
Superior bond strength and has the lowest activation point on the market.
Lower activation point means you can press for less time and still get a perfect bond.
Don't confuse activation point with melting point as so many other stores and customers do. The activation point is the point at which the adhesive creates its permanent bond on a molecular level. Melting point is simply the point at which the adhesive starts to melt. The melting point does not ensure permanent adhesion, it only illustrates the temp that the adhesive starts to melt and gets "tacky". This can be used for the pre-apply process, such as applying adhesive to sheet stock for later use.

Pre-Application (Adhesive to Material) Suggested Settings: 250 degrees for 20 to 25 seconds. (Some users have reported 220 for 20 seconds as well).
Final Application: (Material with Adhesive pre-applied to final product, hat or bag or whatever) 350 degrees and press for 30 seconds. Even on wood and acrylic, same settings.
Some users report that 350 degrees for 20 seconds is plenty for leatherette. I too have experienced this. Your mileage may vary depending on materials used. These are suggested settings.
You may need to go lower on time for press if running a dual heated platen, or using thin substrates. Make sure to test.
In all of our testing, even using a cheap hat press, we never had to exceed 1 press at 350 degrees for 30 seconds.
Use this on genuine leather, leatherette, wood, acrylic, denim, canvas, and so much more.
Press it with anything you can get hot enough, like a Cricut press, regular hat press, xTool Heat Press, even an iron if that is all you have.
Pressure is key as well as heat, so if using an iron, make sure to apply adequate pressure.
You can also pre-heat the material, once the adhesive is applied, with a heat gun...for a few seconds, to make it tacky to stick to your substrate if desired.
It's certainly not required, but helpful in some instances.
Perfect for hats, patches, hand bags, back packs, beach bags, vests, jackets, and so much more.

Lastly, do not adjust temp lower than 350 degrees. This is direct from the manufacturer. 350 degrees is the point at which the chemicals are activated to create the permanent bond. If you feel you need to lower heat, lower the time of press instead.
